MONEY MAN ANTIPAS To Earn R170 000

“Antipas will get a R500 000 (US$32 000) bonus”

OUTGOING Chicken Inn Coach Joey Antipas is expected to pocket a whooping one hundred and seventy thousand dollar – which translates to approximately eleven thousand US dollars.

Well-placed sources within the coach’s circles revealed that at Amazulu-a First National Division side, Antipas would be earning big.

“He will be getting a monthly salary of R170 000,” a source revealed.

If the club gains promotion, Antipas will get a R500 000 (US$32 000) bonus,” added the source.

But instead of responding to the big bucks issue, Antipas said he was going to South Africa for a new experience.

“It was a case of a new challenge so I couldn’t resist them,” he said.

Antipas is expected to leave on June 20, if his permit has already been processed and is likely to leave with part of his technical bench from Chicken Inn and a handful of players including combative national defender Lawrence “Dazzy” Mhlanga.
