Tortoise breeder accused of witchcraft

Residents in Cowdray-Park are living in fear of a man who keeps tortoises at his homestead.
Anniel Ndlovu, has been accused of witchcraft as neighbors find his habit of keeping tortoises strange and frightening.
Sources who talked to BMetro queried that what could be the reason for a person to keep an animal like a tortoise, and for what reasons would he do that.
One of the sources was quoted on HMetro saying, "Maybe the reason we don't understand his habit is that we are black, but have you ever seen a black person innocently breeding tortoises?"
However Ndlovu laughed off the allegations and said he loved nature.
Ndlovu dismissed the allegations saying he only wanted to help the poor animals who had nowhere to go since the bush was being burnt and destroyed.

What foolish people afraid of tortoises. I have raised them myself and they are very easy to care for. Not every animal that we raise need be for food purposes. I have raised a great many animals as pets, and I take care of wild animals as well, putting out 17 pounds of bird seed a day in my desert land as well as water. Trying to blame everything as possible witchcraft is a sign of foolish and crazy people. Apparently you have a lot of crazy and foolish people in your land judging from the articles listed
