A HARARE woman who snatched her friend's boyfriend and lured him into marriage is no longer at peace with the friend who insults and assaults her almost on a daily basis.
Charity Jackson told the court that she is living in fear of Angeline Sekiwa after she got married to the man they shared.
"We once shared the same boyfriend and we were both aware of it," she said.
"The man then decided to get married to me and this did not go down well with Sekiwa.
"Whenever she sees me wearing my husband's T-shirts she gets hurt and assaults me. One day she came to my house in the company of her mother and started shouting at me."
Jackson said when she gave birth, Sekiwa ridiculed her saying her baby's name resembled that of a dog.
Sekiwa was not at court but that did not stop Magistrate Milton Serima from granting a protection order in Jackson's favour.
