Sarudzai Shonhiwa appeared in court facing one count of attempted murder and assault.
It is alleged that Shoniwa approached Fidelis Munjodzi at Tobela Night Club in Epworth, accusing him of not taking care of their two month old baby.
Shonhiwa picked up a broken empty beer bottle and stabbed him on the head resulting in him sustaining a deep cut.
In the second charge of assault it is alleged that on the same day at Overspill Shopping Centre Shonhiwa stabbed Thulani Ncube with a broken beer bottle at the height of a heated argument.
