A Rusape hooker and two friends were last Wednesday dragged before the magistrates court for stealing a client's cell phone worth $90 after they claimed he had failed to pay for a "short time" sex service.
Chido Matthew, 21, Munyaradzi Nyatanga, 17, and Clever Matanga, 18, were remanded them out of custody to February 27 on $30 baiI each.
It is alleged that Murefu agreed to go with Matthew to her house in Vhengere high density suburb.
Matthew connived with Nyatanga and Matanga for the two to follow her and pretend as if one of them was Matthew's husband once Murefu entered the her house.
Later, Nyatanga and Matanga bulldozed into Matthew's house and accused Murefu of sleeping with Matanga's wife.
The two harassed and searched Murefu's pockets and took a cell phone by force.
In her defence Matthew claimed that her client Thomas Murefu, 32, a teacher at Sharara Secondary School breached the terms and conditions of their sex agreement.
