Man arrested after Range Rover driver attacked by gang of bikers

Police have arrested a biker after a man was pulled from his Range Rover and beaten in front of his terrified family following a high-speed chase in New York.
Company director Alexian Lien was dragged from his 4x4 in front of his wife Rosalyn and their two-year-old child after colliding with a motorbike on Sunday during a bike rally.
Mr Lien, who works for British online payments company Moneybookers and was previously based in London before relocating back to the U.S., had been pursued by up to 30 angry bikers before being attacked.
He had been out with his family when he collided with biker Christopher Cruz sparking an hour long chase through the streets of New York.
When the father-of-one was forced to finally stop at traffic lights two bikers smashed his side window before then dragging him out to assault him.
He was left was cuts and bruises and needing hospital attention.
Police have said Mr Lien, 33, is not expected to be charged, but the investigation is continuing and they are seeking information about the other bikers involved.
He told them he "accidentally collided with one" after they had been riding "erratically" and he fled as he feared for his family's safety.
During the incident one of the bikers suffered a broken leg, while another broke both.
Police named one of the injured men as Jeremiah Mieses,from Massachusetts.
The 26-year-old is currently in a coma and expected never to be able to walk again.
Today Christopher Cruz, from New Jersey, was charged with reckless endangerment, reckless driving and endangering the welfare of a child.
Sources say the 28-year-old's riding had caused the angry chase as he was driving erratically causing Mr Lien to rear-end him.
Cruz, who is thought not to have been part of the chasing pack, was briefly in hospital and released with minor injuries.
