Silobela pupils have been left learning under trees after a hailstorm destroyed classroom blocks.
The roof was torn apart by a hail storm at Leopardeess St James Primary at Silobela.
208 books worth USD 700 were destroyed during the heavy rain.
“the rain destroyed a lot of text books, Grade 1 were the most affected ” revealed a parent, Muzi Maduma, to a local tabloid.
Pupils were left without text books, exercise books and a classroom.
