A man whose name gave him worldwide attention last year when he was arrested for drug possession has had yet another run in with the law.

Beezow Doo-doo Zopittybop-bop-bop, from Madison, Wisconsin, legally changed his name in 2011 believing that it 'is a much more fitting name' for him.

Zopittybop-bop-bop – original name Jeffrey Drew Wilschke – was arrested last year on drug charges, and received a surprising amount of media attention due to his unusual name.

The 32-year-old has since been arrested again, on July 20 of this year in Washington County, Iowa, and remains in jail.

In an interview with the Wisconsin State Journalism Zopittybop-bop-bop said that his first name, Beezow, signifies 'the explosion of awareness of the interconnectedness of the infinite love in the universe,' and that Doo-doo represents 'the struggle of our daily lives with that awareness, that with love comes chaos,' while Zopittybop-bop-bop 'is the outcome of that struggle, which is often ironic, especially because all life ends in death'.

The pronunciation of his name among television news anchors proved to be a comical angle for comedian Jimmy Kimmel, who aired a montage of clips of them trying to saying it.
