Annah Mokgethi a social worker from Johannesburg, SA, has been receiving death threat messages on her cellphone.
The messages to Annah, from Snake Park near Dobsonville in Soweto, threatened to kill her two children, her niece, her niece's 10-month-old daughter, and her mum.
On Friday night, she got another message and the person said they were coming to burn all of them inside the house.
The next message she got on was Sunday morning and it said: "I'm coming to rape the 10-month-old baby. For now, just buy a small coffin to bury her in because after the rape I will kill her."
Traumatised Annah said: "I don't know what this person or people want. They ended up telling me that I should drop the case I opened last week after a break-in at my house.
"I can't go to work.
My children can't go to school because this person says he's watching every move we make.
"I went to the police but they told me that the number couldn't be traced."
Annah said the drama started last Tuesday when she received a call from her daughter.
"I was at work when my daughter told me that she came back from school to find our house door open.
"Our clothes were thrown all over the place but nothing was taken."
Annah reported the invasion to the police but nothing happened.
"There was another break-in but this time they took my documents in an envelope."
She reported the incident to the cops and again nothing happened.
"Since that day the person has been sending messages, instructing me to drop the case or else my whole family will die," Annah said.
The person also wrote: "You'll die", on her car's rear windscreen, using red paint.
"I think it is someone who knows us very well because some of the things they mentioned, only someone close to us could know," she said.
Police spokesman Warrant Officer Kay Makhubela told Daily Sun they have sent police to monitor Annah's house.
"We are working on this. Soon the person behind these SMSes will be caught," Makhubela said.
