Comedian Russell Brand has denied rumours that he once had sex with Lauren Harries who is currently a contestant on Celebrity Big Brother.
Several publications have cited a blog, written under the Celebrity Big Brother star's name, which alleges that the pair engaged in a secret sexual relationship.
Lauren, 35, revealed that she felt a "surge of electricity" before having sex with the comedian in a hotel near to the Big Brother house.
She even revealed that his pet name for her was "my sexy cow."
The blonde told the Daily Star that she met the self-confessed sex addict when the seventh series of Big Brother was being filmed, and she was asked to be a guest on Big Brother's Big Mouth, which Russell was hosting at the time.
Lauren had been living as a woman for eight years when she met Brand, who she revealed she felt chemistry with as soon as they met.
"I knew it would take a man with real awareness and strength to take me on," she said.
The star blogged about the encounter, claiming that the film star flirted with her throughout the show before asking her if she fancied a drink.
However, Brand has confirmed that the story is false, describing it as his "favourite media lie ever".
Quoting his mother, he tweeted: "Mum: You wouldn't do it with that Lauren lady- you hardly knew him!
"Me: To be fair Mum that's not stopped me in the past."
Lauren Harries previously appeared on screen with Brand as a guest on his former show Big Brother's Big Mouth.
In other news, Russell Brand was handed the 'Oracle' prize at last night's (September 3) GQ Men of the Year Awards.
However Brand was kicked out of the exclusive awards ceremony after making Nazi jibes about the sponsor.
Brand, 38, could not resist ripping into GQ Men Of The Year awards backers Hugo Boss for kitting out the Nazis.
He placed a finger under his nose, in a Basil Fawlty-style impersonation of Adolf Hitler, and started goose-stepping.
On stage, he said: “If anyone knows a bit about history and fashion, you know it was Hugo Boss who made uniforms for the Nazis.
“But they looked f**** amazing.”
The event – sponsored by fashion firm Hugo Boss for £250,000 – descended into a slanging match as winners hurled insults at each other.
Brand then tweeted: GQ editor: "What you did was offensive to Hugo Boss."
Me: "What Hugo Boss was very offensive to the Jews."
