A Bulawayo woman, Nobuhle Ndlovu is alleged to have stolen three pairs of UNDERWEAR belonging to her maid.
Ndlovu allegedly stole the panties after suspecting that her husband Kenneth Matanhire was having an affair with their maid. As a way of striking panic and fear into her maid and husband's borrowed realm, Ndlovu decided to help herself with her worker's panties. According to a source, Ndlovu and her husband have in the past few month been experiencing turbulent times.
"It is understood that the two's marriage has hit rock bottom largely as a result of mistrust. They constantly argue and I think it is because they do not have faith in each other. At one stage Ndlovu beat up her husband's mother who had been called from her rural home to solve a crisis," said the source.
The source also said at the time of the incident, the two were on separation.
"She (Ndlovu) moved out of her matrimonial home in March and left her husband with their maid. After hearing that her husband and their maid had become to close for comfort she decided to go and reclaim her rightful position which however, was not to be as she ended up stealing the maid's panties," said the source.
The woman's husband described his wife as a loose cannon. "She has lost it. She came to our home when I was away and turned the whole place upside down. During her ransacking mission, she proceeded to the maid's room and 'stole' three pairs of underwear," said Matanhire.
Ndlovu is alleged to have warned the maid that she was going to suffer for 'occupying' another woman's territory. However, in her defence, the woman said no one messes around with her and gets away with it.
"Let them be warned, they will suffer," said Ndlovu
