An aspiring assailant attempted to hold up a McDonalds at gunpoint but had to walk away empty-handed when his gun jammed - twice. Police say that the gunman pulled the trigger at least five times while trying to extract money and possessions from staff and customers. Jestin Joseph, 24, allegedly walked into the Fort Worth, Texas, branch of the fast food chain on Tuesday this week to ask for a cup of water before pulling out his firearm and making threats.
