Jah Prayzah in the money?

FAMED musician Jah Prayzah could have bagged big bucks if the advertisements he features in are anything to go by.
In the last two months, the young musician has appeared on Chicken Slice billboards, PSI Zimbabwe's Male Circumcision and Revive Maheu adverts to mention a few.
He has also done a number of jingles for different companies.
This comes after a rather eventful year for the musician who graduated into the top class of local music with his latest album Tsviriyo.
Speaking to NewsDay last week, the musician said although he could not get into the details of his earnings, he was comfortable with the revenue.
"Besides the monetary reward I think it goes a long way into the growth of the Jah Prayzah brand," Jah Prayzah said.
"I am happy with the confidence that corporates are showing in me as a brand since this works both for me and the companies that I am working with."
He said his partnerships would go a long way in nurturing him as the growth of the brands would also benefit him.
Meanwhile, the artiste makes a return to City Sports Bar on Wednesday where he is scheduled to perform alongside comic dancer Apama.
City Sports Bar is one of the few venues that managed to give Jah Prayzah an audience two years ago when he was still struggling for recognition.
At some of the shows, he was slotted as a supporting act for artistes like Progress Chipfumo.
A spokesperson for the organisers yesterday said the musician's return has been long time coming.
"Being one of the venues that managed to give him space to nurture his talent we think it is noble that he comes back to pay homage. That he is coming back during the festive season just makes it a better outing," the spokesperson said
