What started as a sweet outing for Generations hottie, Thami 'Senzo' Mngqolo and his legion of local fans at Club Forty40 last Saturday night was briefly spoiled by a spat between him and a local Dj who was his security man for the night.

Mngqolo was the guest at Club Forty40's first anniversary celebrations and he was brought to spice up the night for revelers.

He plays Senzo Dlomo, the gay son of media mogul Sibusiso Dlomo. However, matters came to a head at about 2am when DJ Erikando demanded that Mngqolo continuously take pictures with countless fans who were queuing for a snapshot with the South African celebrity.

Senzo as Mngqolo is known by his legion of local fans had for sometime been complaining that the camera's flash was affecting him arguing that he had been posing for a picture since his arrival in the country at 12 noon that day.

The standoff which went on for about 15 minutes saw Senzo threatening to leave the club after Erikado told him to bow down to the demands of his fans because he had been paid to do what they wanted.

"Take the pictures. We paid you to do that. Just take the pictures man," Erikado shouted at Senzo.

An angry and weary Senzo tried to reason with Dj Erikado that he just needed to take some thirty minutes time away from the camera and thereafter resume the photoshoot. Erikado would have none of it and continued forcing Mngqolo to take more pictures.

Senzo remonstrated further and even threatened to "take a cab back to my hotel room" He told Erikado that even though he was being paid for that, he is also human and needed to rest.

As he got up to leave, Erikado blocked him and pleaded with him to stay and he finally submitted. The owner of Club Forty40, Dumisani Mutorerwa noticed that something was amiss and he reigned in Erikado.

"What is going on here? What is wrong," he asked. "Everything is ok now. There is nothing wrong," Erikado responded.

"What is that is now ok which was not? That is what I want to know. What is it," he pressed more before one reveler opened up to him that Mngqolo wants to take a rest.

Mutorera charged that Mngqolo was right by demanding to rest and forced everyone near the celebrity to disperse.

A source however confided in B-Metro that Mngqolo's contract with the club did not involve the impromptu photo shoot with the fans and the Generations star was overheard remonstrating to Erikado over the fact. Mngqolo apparently wanted to know where the proceeds of the photo shoot were going.
