Sphiwe Khumalo allegedly claims to be an advocate and tells people he has a big house, a Jaguar and an office in Pretoria.
However he apparently has no degree, drives an old Toyota Corolla and lives in the backroom of his grandmother's RDP house in Praktiseer near Burgersfort, Limpopo, SA.
Sphiwe Khumalo has allegedly conned many people.
Nozizwe Sigudla (30) from Witbank in Mpumalanga said: "I met Khumalo at a funeral and we started dating.
"When my cousin was arrested, we paid him R5000, but he didn't help her in court."
When they demanded the money back, he threatened to put pictures of Nozizwe without clothes on Facebook.
Two sisters from Mbombela said Khumalo tricked them into paying R4000 to help them sue the health department.
The police want to speak to Oliver Khumalo urgently.
