The Zimbabwean government has given shuttering threats that those who partook in the conjuring of violence and unrest shall be hunted down and arrested.
These statements come after the country has seen waves of mass protest against the Zanu PF government.
Issuing a press statement on the protests that have hit the country, Minister of Information, Media and Broadcasting Services Dr Christopher Mushohwe said those responsible for the upheavals will be brought to book.
"The authors of this lawlessness must reconsider their behavior and appreciate the full consequences of their actions as Government will not tolerate any breakdown in law and order," said Mushore.
"Perpetrators of violence and those bent on disturbing our peace will be hunted down to face the full wrath of the law," he said.
Mushore went on to give a resounding threat to "ghosts" creating messages on social media in-sighting violence.
"The net is closing on those ghosts who have been behind inflammatory messages on the social media."
Should such abuse persist Government will be left with no alternative but to take sterner, corrective actions." said Mushore.
Over a 100 protestors that staged riots in the country have been arrested with the exact figure still sketchy.
